Original BEAM IsatDock LITE for IsatPhone Pro, USRMAN005905 Rev05, April 2017. Not IsatDock2 LITE or a standalone satellite transceiver. Current airtime, handset firmware and computer compatibility require separate confirmation.
How it connects
The cradle connects an IsatPhone Pro to separate external satellite and GPS antenna paths. The original overview labels satellite TNC-female, GPS SMA-female, RJ9 for the optional privacy handset and Micro USB for computer data. Bluetooth audio belongs to the docked phone. Observe the installed endpoints; this is not an RJ11 telephone system or an IsatPhone 2 dock.
Lights and messages
- Read named indicators separately. Steady green STATUS means the handset is registered and able to call; steady red means not registered/no signal. Flashing green indicates a call already in progress, whereas alternating red/blue reports communication trouble between dock and phone. Red MUTE concerns privacy-handset uplink audio, not satellite registration.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- The listed package includes the dock, DC lead, RAM bracket, mounting hardware, fuse kit and locking keys; the IsatPhone Pro is not included. ISD955 privacy handset and ISD951 AC supply are options. The manual separates active and passive antennas with matching approved cable kits; a listed accessory is not permission to substitute cables or infer compatibility with IsatDock2.
