Match DUO 4K SE and the actually installed satellite tuner modules, not DUO 4K or cable/terrestrial-only configurations. The rear panel distinguishes HDMI In from HDMI Out; trace the existing TV path before blaming satellite reception. FBC tuner capacity is not a count of independent physical dish feeds, and the manual's example tuner screen does not establish the modules installed in your box. Record the existing tuner choices without changing them. Distinguish WLAN and LAN in Network before treating a streaming fault as missing satellite reception. Preserve channel lists, recordings, network and LNB settings; do not open tuner slots, reset, flash software or format storage as a first check.
