Work through these checks
01 · TELE System TS9010HD TIVÙ
Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · TS9010HD TIVÙ / 21005181 / IF IN / IF LOOP OUT / DEC / Banda Utente SCR / Frequenza SCR / Risparmio Energia / Impostazioni di Fabbrica
Use this 20-page TELE System original, Rev.02 21/06/2012, only for TS9010HD TIVÙ / 21005181, not TS3010HD or HEVC models. Record existing wiring and safely isolate powered feeds before inspection. IF IN receives the dish signal; IF LOOP OUT is a tuner loop-through. Cascaded tuners cannot operate simultaneously, and this loop-out arrangement must not be used for SCR; consult the installer before changing shared wiring. Preserve the assigned Banda Utente SCR and Frequenza SCR pair; changing allocations can conflict with other users. Strength and quality depend on correct antenna configuration and a valid active transponder; selecting all transponders references the first stored entry, which may be obsolete. Record evidence without moving the dish or changing voltage/motor settings. On the optional multifunction remote, DEC selects receiver control; TV mode can explain nonresponse. Risparmio Energia can cause deep standby and a full restart on waking without proving a fault. This normally follows 80 minutes in standby; scheduled activities can postpone deep standby. Avoid software changes and Impostazioni di Fabbrica as first checks; that reset erases channels and custom settings. Never interrupt a known software update. Protect site and card identifiers. This manufacturer-hosted historical original does not promise current TivùSat, MHP, codec or update-service compatibility.
