Work through these checks
01 · TechniSat TECHNIROUTER 9/4x16
Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · 9/4x16 / 0000/3283 / SCR / LNB / Quattro/WideBand / EN50494 / EN50607 / 9 V
For TECHNIROUTER 9/4x16, 0000/3283, use the March 2018 manual. Identify the SCR-output LED separately from the power LED. At an SCR output, steady blue means SCR active, steady red means voltage present without SCR, and flashing red means output voltage below 9 V without SCR. At the power LED, steady green means the device has power, steady red means LNB-supply overload, and flashing green means adapter overload. These indications do not confirm satellite reception. Preserve the installed Quattro/WideBand mode and each tuner's assigned user-band number and frequency. Bands 1–8 support EN50494 or EN50607; bands 9–16 require EN50607. Do not change shared wiring, voltage or assignments; refer persistent faults to the installer. The linked original is an existing archived copy, not a new edition.
