Applies to: TechniSat TechniRouter Mini 2/1x2 · 0000/3289 · Original OEM Stand 10/10; 0000/3289; not a bare Quattro-LNB input
Work through these checks
01 · TechniSat TechniRouter Mini 2/1x2 · 0000/3289
Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · Traffic Indicator / Userband / Universal-LNB / PIN
Match TechniRouter Mini 2/1x2 0000/3289 to original Stand 10/10. It requires EN 50494 receivers and suitable existing switch-LNB or multiswitch outputs; a bare Quattro-LNB is not interchangeable. Observe Traffic Indicator without touching cables: steady green means receiver-supplied power; regular green blinking indicates insufficient supply, not automatic unit failure. Irregular red flashes during channel changes are normal control activity; steady red points to an incorrect receiver LNB mode. Record whether the fault starts when another receiver or tuner becomes active. Ask the installer to compare existing Userband assignments and power design; a wrong Universal-LNB mode or duplicate band can disturb everyone on the shared cable. Do not auto-scan Userbands, change PINs or assignments, probe connectors with a needle, add a supply, disconnect live coax or open the unit.
