Work through these checks
01 · LNB IN / HDMI / IP Setting
The original rear illustration labels LNB IN, COAXIAL, HDMI, TV SCART and DC-12V. Although the manual also contains a generic IP Setting section, that rear illustration shows no LAN socket. Do not use that chapter to invent a network connection or transfer a later revision’s socket layout to this receiver.
02 · About STB / APD Setting / Standby Time
Read About STB to record product name and software/hardware versions; keep the serial number private for support. APD Setting controls automatic standby, while Standby Time concerns the standby front-panel time display. Record existing settings before treating these as a power fault. Do not factory-reset the receiver or load unverified firmware.
When to stop and get help
Do not continue these checks in unsafe conditions. For immediate danger, use local emergency services and the device’s emergency instructions. Otherwise, contact your provider or a qualified technician.
What to tell support
Write down your exact model, service provider and on-screen message. Photograph the existing connections for your own reference before changing anything. Opticum HD AX150 · LNB IN / HDMI / TV SCART / DC-12V
