Match UFS 810 plus product 202500001 to original 936500113/a, not UFS 810. A shutdown after three idle hours can be normal Auto-Standby, not a failed power supply. Read its existing setting under Menü > Einstellungen > Individuell > Auto-Standby without changing it; note the elapsed time and whether the menu still appears. Read Menü > Einstellungen > Version for hardware and software identifiers, not an update target. This free-to-air DVB-S/S2 receiver cannot make an encrypted channel free; sound without picture can be TV/Radio mode. USB playback does not prove current satellite reception. Preserve channel lists, recordings and antenna settings; do not reset, flash, rescan, format, open the unit or move live coax. Qualified support should handle suspected wiring or power faults.
