Match FELCOM19 and OME-56750-J, 23 June 2022, not FELCOM18 or the FELCOM20 touchscreen. Record C/N, login status, Current NCS, Current Channel, GPS Status and free DCE Memory from the status monitor. Retuning or UNSYNC describes reception synchronization; flashing LOGIN is still logging in. IDLE can be normal while awaiting traffic. Send Level zero during reception is normal and alone does not prove transmitter failure. REC. MESSAGE EXIST concerns stored/unprinted received messages, not automatically lost radio reception. Position input and satellite login are separate paths. Preserve messages and settings. Do not run PV, distress or SSAS tests, clear memory, reset, change the ocean region or rewire as a fault test; use qualified marine service.
