Fuba ODS 350 · Exact manual and safe first checks

Fuba ODS 350 · Original German manual V5 | 12/25 (December 2025); manual edition, not separate hardware revision

Applies to: Fuba ODS 350 · Original German manual V5 | 12/25 (December 2025); manual edition, not separate hardware revision

Work through these checks

  1. 01 · Fuba ODS 350

Match the model, product code and manual edition on this page. Photograph existing connections without changing them. First separate TV input and standby problems from missing satellite reception. Preserve the channel list and antenna settings; do not factory-reset, flash software, rescan or rewire as a first check.

  2. 02 · ODS 350 / ODS 400 / Event-Timer / Aufnahme / Ja / Nein / Unicable/SCD2

Match ODS 350 and the original German manual V5 | 12/25, not ODS 400. During a USB recording, the available viewing choices are restricted to programmes on the recorded transponder; this is not an independent second tuner. In Event-Timer, Aufnahme = Ja records to USB, while Nein only switches channel. Record the existing timer, satellite/transponder and recognized storage before suspecting a lost signal. Preserve lists and recordings; do not rescan, reset, load software or format storage as a first check. Never change Unicable/SCD2 user bands, LNB power, DiSEqC or motor settings by guesswork.

When to stop and get help

Do not continue these checks in unsafe conditions. For immediate danger, use local emergency services and the device’s emergency instructions. Otherwise, contact your provider or a qualified technician.

What to tell support

Write down your exact model, service provider and on-screen message. Photograph the existing connections for your own reference before changing anything.
