Axing SES 5532-19 · programmable Unicable II multiswitch · Exact manual and safe first checks

Axing SES 5532-19 · programmable Unicable II multiswitch · Original bilingual OEM manual: English 2020-06-30; German 2020-07-01; not SES 5532-09

Applies to: Axing SES 5532-19 · programmable Unicable II multiswitch · Original bilingual OEM manual: English 2020-06-30; German 2020-07-01; not SES 5532-09

Work through these checks

  1. 01 · Axing SES 5532-19 · programmable Unicable II multiswitch

Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.

  2. 02 · Dynamic / Static / Legacy / Unicable II / EN50494 / EN50607 / Userbands / UB1 / UB8 / UB9 / UB32 / NIT / SZU 55-00

Identify Axing SES 5532-19, not SES 5532-09, using the original bilingual manual: English 2020-06-30, German 2020-07-01. First have the installer confirm existing Dynamic or Static mode and which output serves the receiver. The Legacy output can switch to Unicable II after EN50494/EN50607 commands; it is not permanently a conventional output. The 32 Userbands belong to the system across both outputs, not 32 extra bands per port; each band is available on the output that activated it. In the default table UB1–UB8 support both protocols, UB9–UB32 EN50607 only; installed programming may differ. Record existing band ID, frequency, socket label and which rooms fail without changing them. Static mode maps transponders and lacks NIT; do not start a blind scan as a generic fix. No SZU 55-00 programming, reset, reassignment, live coax work or power changes; use qualified support.
