Photograph labels and existing accessible wiring before any change. Determine whether one outlet or all receivers are affected, and use the product wiring diagram to identify terrestrial, satellite and powered ports. Shared systems may have assigned user bands; do not overwrite another apartment’s settings. Do not add ordinary TV splitters or inject power without verified compatibility, and leave roof work and communal equipment to the installer.

Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
