Can you see the receiver menu? A missing menu suggests a power, TV-input or display-connection problem before a reception problem. If the menu works, distinguish no signal from missing subscribed channels or a card/account message. Use current official tuning and activation guidance for the exact service; do not copy another provider’s frequencies or erase recordings with a reset.

Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
