Separate a device that never creates a message from a queued message that has not reached the cloud. Check provisioning, battery state and the service’s documented delivery behavior. Review timestamps and the destination integration before increasing retries, which can affect battery use and charges. Do not replace antennas or flash firmware from another module family.

Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
