Read controller status and preserve fault logs before restarting. Identify whether the system receives TV or transmits data; compatible networks, bands and power supplies are model-specific. Keep clear of moving mechanisms and transmitting antennas. Mechanical repair, pointing, polarization and commissioning belong with a qualified installer following the manufacturer and network operator.

Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
