Record antenna-controller and modem status separately from onboard Wi-Fi symptoms. An obstructed antenna, network handover and a local router fault are different paths. Use the managed-service support channel and the exact controller manual. Do not enter a moving antenna enclosure, defeat safety interlocks, interrupt ship safety communications or change transmit settings for a test.
Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
